Key Comet G Robin Egg Blue
Key Comet G Robin Egg Blue
Hello from SF Pink! Ours friends sharred this amazing review and we thought we would pass it on!

www.sfpink.com
It’s only February, and the Jopen Key Comet G Wand has a very good chance of being the best sex toy I try all year.
I am, I must say, flabbergasted. I mean, this is Jopen we’re talking about. Jopen, creators of the what-the-fuck that is the Intensity. Jopen, whose parent company is California Exotic. Jopen, who must think they are naming perfumes rather than vibrator lines (Key, Ego,Vanity). They’re not always the sharpest tool in the shed… but this is a motherfucking home run.
The Comet G Wand is a beautiful conglomeration. It’s a glass dildo “dipped in body safe silicone,” conjuring delicious images of chocolate-covered cones and strawberries. The glass handle has a stainless alloy “KEY” emblem embedded in it, reminding me (somewhat nonsensically) of certain My Little Ponies. Weirdly, the pink and purple versions of this toy have tinted handles, while the blue one has a clear handle. Thank god, because the tinted ones look gaudy.
Also ROBIN EGG BLUE. It is vibrant and delightful.
The Comet G Wand comes in a cardboard box which entices you to “lay back and enjoy the ride” while simultaneously specifying the toy as “for external use only”1. It does open up like a real box, with a foam cut-out nest for the toy, so I suppose you could use it for storage, but it’s no LELO box.
It comes with a black drawstring bag with a helpful “KEY” tag on it (distinguishing it from the 5,000 other black storage bags I’ve amassed), but it’s thin, papery, and reminds me of a garbage bag. Which would be hilarious if this toy were garbage, but instead it’s just sad. A toy of this caliber deserves at least a little padding.
The Comet G Wand does have a very very light seam on the silicone part, which I didn’t even notice until I read about it in a review and subsequently scrutinized mine. Others make a hullabaloo about the crevice where the silicone meets the glass, but I’ve dealt with much, much worse. I can handle a quick 360-degree toothbrush scrub.
Besides, the glass and silicone combination is pretty genius. The glass gives the toy some weight and sturdiness, while the matte silicone provides ample friction. I’m usually crotchety about insertable matte silicone and prefer my silicone glossy, but in this case, for once in the history of the world, it is perfect. Let me explain.
My G-spot really responds to this toy. My G-spot responds to a lot of toys, it’s true, but the sensation from this one is different and more intense. Why? Because the shape is flawless and the silicone drags a bit inside me. The friction from the silicone creates a sort of pulling sensation against my G-spot, mimicking the oft-recommended “come hither” motion. It definitely requires a lot of lube, but I don’t care. The feeling is unique and heavenly. I can’t get enough of it.
This is, perhaps, why this toy has worked like a charm even for people with notoriously picky G-spots. This is why Girly Juice wrote, “if you like G-spot stimulation, you will freak the fuck out over this toy.” She’s right. You will.
This is the first toy that has ever made me even consider writing the phrase b_____ t___ t__ P___ W___2. And you know I would not just toss around such blasphemy. Repeat, repeat: this does not render anything I said about the Pure Wand null or void. This is simply a toy that comes very, very, disturbingly close to usurping one of the greatest G-spot dildos of all time. No big whoop.
The Pure Wand, of course, is double-ended, and has weight and gravity on its side. The Comet G Wand, clocking in at 9.2 ounces, is nearly a pound lighter (and therefore easier on the joints). The Pure Wand is easier to control, while the Comet G Wand’s glass handle requires me to push it downward as I use it. But I don’t have issues holding it, except when I get too adamant about keeping my hoodie on while I masturbate and my hand gets all sweaty.
The Pure Wand has inherent slipperiness — the stainless steel glides effortlessly in the body. The Comet G Wand does not. The best way I can describe the sensation difference is like this: the Pure Wand pushes up against my G-spot, whereas the Comet G Wand grabs at it. Both are fucking awesome.
I have no hesitation saying that Jopen Key Comet G Wand is one of the best straight-up G-spot dildos I’ve used, forming a materially-diverse trifecta with the stainless steel Pure Wand and wooden NobEssence Seduction. As such, it is a worthy addition to the collection of any G-spot searcher or aficionado. I’m gonna have a hard time not flailing about this toy whenever some one utters the word “G-spot.” Prepare to be annoyed.

Review: Icicles No. 18
Posted By Rori On Sunday, May 29, 2011 / Reviews / Tags: Eden Fantasys, glass dildos, glass toys, reviews, Sex Toys
He slipped behind me, wrapping an arm around me and covering my mouth. “Hush, babygirl. Don’t make a sound.” I felt his cock, already growing, pressing into my back. He forced my legs open, but it wasn’t his hot, throbbing that I felt in me. This was a cool, rigid feeling, hard – harder than any cock could every be. He sunk it deep into me, and it was all I could do to keep from moaning…
When Eden Fantasys offered to send me a toy to review, I didn’t hesitate to ask for something glass. As some of you may know, I was never a huge fan of dildos – at least, not until I tried the Icicles Turquoise Twister last winter. This has quickly become a go-to toy for me, which I never thought I’d say of something that doesn’t vibrate or otherwise move. The glass is an amazing sensation, though, so I was ecstatic when Eden Fantasys agreed to send another glass dildo. This time around, I got to try Icicles No. 18, a double-ended dildo that offers two different ends for the lucky girl who gets to use it.
About the Product:
Like other Icicles products, the Icicles No. 18 dildo is hand-blown Pyrex glass. It’s just under 8 inches long, with one end featuring a nubbed shaft with head and the other end having two bulbs. It curves slightly, and since it is glass, you can heat or cool it to provide additional sensations.
Pros:
This toy comes in super nice packaging (check out the picture), so even though I usually toss the boxes, I’m keeping this one for storage. It’s a really gorgeous toy in general; I love the flower. I also love the glass material – just like the other glass dildo I tried, I think the cool sensation feels great. The fact that there are two different ends is also great – I have multiple play options. The end that looks more like a penis is definitely my favorite. It hits my g-spot perfectly.

If you’ve never owned a glass toy before, another advantage that you’ll find is that they are extremely easy to clean. Plastic sex toys can attract dust and hair, and you have to be careful to use the right type of cleaner with the right material. Glass can simply be rinsed with hot water, boiled, or even run through the dishwasher. Just make sure to empty it before the kids get home and are looking for clean drinking glasses!
Cons:
Although I really like this toy, I don’t like it as much as I’ve liked other dildos in the past. Glass toys can easily hurt if you’re into rough play, and Icicles No. 18 is no exception – the curve actually makes it difficult for any kind of thrusting. The bulbed end was also a bit too big for my liking, but if you’re into size, you’ll probably really enjoy that end.
The box this toy comes in is pretty, but packaging is always a bit bulky. I wish it came with a pouch or other storage container so I could save a little space in my toy chest. This toy is also a bit more expensive than other Icicles options, though it is definitely worth the price.
Conclusion:
The Icicles No. 18 is a great toy for those who already have some experience with sex toys and want something a little different. It’s not my favorite glass option personally, but its a really high-quality toy regardless. Eden Fantasys has a number of other sex toys you can consider, including more options from Icicles, so if you’ve never tried glass toys before, I would pick something else first and then move on to No. 18 when you want to indulge in something unique. It’s an especially great choice if you like to collect pretty toys – it certainly is beautiful.

Lyla 2 Design Edition Cerise
Lyla 2 Design Edition Cerise
LELO’s new Insignia line launched back in September, and they were nice enough to send me a free product to review. There are three toys as part of this new line, and I choose to review the Lyla, a SenseMotion couples’ massager. This was my first LELO to review, so I was SUPER excited to be working with the company.
The Lyla is fully waterproof and made from a very smooth silicone. The egg part has a retrieval loop, so it’s great for any kind of play you like, even anal. There are no wires, since the remote, but you do have to charge the egg occasionally. It comes in three colors (I have the purple-y one, but you can choose from pink or black as well). The product retails for $139.
When you buy a LELO, it also comes in beautiful packaging
. It make not seem like a big deal, but when you drop over $100 on a sex toy, the little details matter! And, you get a little pouch with your LELO, so if the box is too big and bulky for you to keep, you can still store your products well.
When you buy a LELO, it also comes with a little pack of lube. Personally, I don’t really need lube (I get embarrassing wet when turned on), but some girls definitely will enjoy the Lyla more with the lube.
I really wanted to love the Lyla. LELO was very gracious in sending it to me and I am a total geek for new technology. While the quality of the product itself is what you would expect from LELO, the workings of the product need some work. The LELO relies on constant contact with the remote, and I found that it lost the signal quite often. It would just stop vibrating when that happened. I thought maybe I hadn’t charged the egg properly, but I don’t think that’s the problem, since I’ve seen other reviews mention this problem too. I think it just doesn’t work very well, unfortunately.
The wireless control is supposed to work up to 39 feet away…but this is not the case unlessmaybe you had the control on the table with nothing obstructing it. Get something between the two parts…like say, flesh or fabric…and it doesn’t really work.
I also didn’t really like that the vibrations were echoed on the remote. It’s good to know what your partner is experiencing, but it also gets annoying as your grip the remote. I’d love to see them implement an on/off switch for the remote vibrations. This would be especially helpful for discreet public play.
HOWEVER – What I can say is that I don’t think this is the norm with LELO products. Since getting the Lyla to review, I’ve also been able to try their Luna Beads and the Iris vibrator(Thank you Old Mole!), and I can say without a doubt that these products work VERY well! So, don’t shy away from trying a LELO, especially if you want to really treat yourself. Just choose the right one!
Review: LELO Lyla
About the Products:
The Lyla is an egg (ish) shaped vibe that comes with a remote control – no wires necessary. It uses the SenseMotion™ technology, which means that the remote responds to your movements. On one setting, the vibrations slow or speed up as you tilt the remote. On the second setting, the vibe responds when you flick the remote. There are also six “normal” settings – pulsing, general vibrating, etc. like you find on many different types of vibrators.
Pros:
I absolutely LOVE the quality that you get when you buy a LELO. The material is silky smooth and just cries “luxury.” This is also a very quiet product, and since it comes with a remote, you could theoretically play with your partner just about anywhere. Mmm….get saucy in the sauce aisle at the grocery store or make your research a little more interesting at the library..
Cons:
Sigh. Where do I start?I really wanted to love the Lyla.
Conclusion:
I can sum up my experience in one word: disappointing. LELO toys are expensive, and since this one doesn’t work properly, I can’t in good conscious recommend that you purchase it.HOWEVER – What I can say is that I don’t think this is the norm with LELO products.
Pico Bong Kaya Rabbit Vibe Blue
Pico Bong Kaya Rabbit Vibe Blue
Despite it’s somewhat goofy name, the new line of vibes from LELO called PicoBong are pretty cool-looking. I’m a sucker for bright colors! So, when given the opportunity to test one out for myself, I said yes without hesitation! Here’s what I thought about PicoBong’s Kaya rabbit vibe.
This is no normal vibe when it comes to function! You can make the vibrations increase or decrease using the + and – buttons near the base, but what’s more impressive are the 12 vibration patterns (most vibrators have 6-8 at most). You use the M button (between the + and – buttons) to cycle through the patterns, which include different pulsing rhythms, as well as changes between the shaft and the clit stimulator.
If you want a Kaya of your own, you can expect to pay about $89 for it (keep in mind that it depends where you buy it and whether or not LELO has any sales going on). It takes two AAA batteries, which are not included.
Having several pulsing patterns was also cool. My pussy looooooved the feeling of the option that pulsed back and forth between the shaft and the clit parts. Most vibes don’t have nearly as many options. One of the problems I find especially with vibrators that pack a lot of punch
is that they only feel good for a few minutes. They, the vibrations almost seem to desensitize my pussy or even hurt. Because there are so many options with the Kaya, that doesn’t happen. In fact, you can do your clit for awhile, then back to your pussy, then throb both…mix it up, the combinations are endless! (A close-up of the controls are showed at left.)
I definitely like all the color options too. I got the blue one and as you can see, it’s just as vibrant in real life as it was in the product pictures. Oh, and I have to say, I’m so glad that whoever designed this didn’t make the little clit part a bunny or a dolphin or something. I hate it when vibes are all “cutesy” like that.
I was also surprised with the packaging. LELO toys usually come with a nice box and pouch for storage. The box isn’t super necessary, since they can be a little bulky, but the Kaya didn’t even come with a pouch. It was an odd choice on LELO’s part – if you pay nearly $100 for a vibrator, you expect a pouch for it.
The controls are also a little clumsy. When you have 12 options, it takes a while to cycle through and find the one you like – and if you’re going to fast, you miss it and have to go all the way around again. I like having lots of options, but the controls are perhaps a little too simple.

Review: PicoBong Kaya Rabbit Vibe
Posted By Rori On Thursday, June 28, 2012 / Reviews / Tags: Kaya, PicoBong, PicoBong Kaya, rabbit vibes, Sex Toys, vibrator, waterproof toys
About the Product:
The Kaya vibe is about 8 inches long (5-6 inches are insertable), with added clit stimulation. Like the entire PicoBong line, the Kaya is fully waterproof, which makes it perfect for the pool, hot tub, or bathtub/shower. As you’ll find with many LELO toys, this vibe is made with a silky-smooth silicone, though the base is a harder plastic material. Regardless, it’s all food-grade, phthalates/latex free, and non-pourous, which makes it easy to clean. This is no normal vibe when it comes to function! You can make the vibrations increase or decrease using the + and – buttons near the base, but what’s more impressive are the 12 vibration patterns (most vibrators have 6-8 at most). Pros:
By far, my favorite part about this vibrator is that it is waterproof! Most luxury toys aren’t, and it’s very rare to find any vibrator that is – and that works well. I tested the Kaya in the bathtub and it works fine.Having several pulsing patterns was also cool. My pussy looooooved the feeling of the option that pulsed back and forth between the shaft and the clit parts. Most vibes don’t have nearly as many options. Cons:
The Kaya isn’t without its problems. Namely, it uses batteries like crazy. With so many other rechargeable toys as part of LELO’s other lines, I’m surprised that this one wasn’t made to be rechargeable as well. And worst of all, it uses AAA batteries, which I don’t keep as readily on hand as AA batteries. Having to use batteries instead of just plugging it in means that I probably won’t bother traveling with it, which is a real bummer.I was also surprised with the packaging. LELO toys usually come with a nice box and pouch for storage. The box isn’t super necessary, since they can be a little bulky, but the Kaya didn’t even come with a pouch. Conclusion:
The PicoBong line of sex toys is great to explore if you want something high-quality and waterproof. Although the price is definitely hard to swallow for many people, this isn’t a low-quality toy that’s going to burn out on your in a month. The sheer number of settings means that you’re going to find one you like, but beware of slightly difficult-to-use controls. And if you do choose to pick up the Kaya, be ready to buy lots of AAA batteries (I would choose rechargeable ones if you don’t already have them) and your own storage.I found my own storage:

Review and Giveaway: The Kinky Kat (Alice in Wonderland Vibrator)
Posted By Rori On Sunday, November 25, 2012 / Reviews / Tags: adult toys, Alice in Wonderland, sex toy, The Kinky Kat, vibrators
You might not know this about me, but I absolutely love Alice in Wonderland. I fell in love with the movie as a kid, and the book when I was a little older. So when I saw that Doc Johnson was coming out with a line of Alice in Wonderland vibrators, I had to try them out. I bought the entire line! And, I also offered a special giveaway. Anyone who nominated someone for my 2012 Top Sex Bloggers list was entered to win!

Today, I’m going to tell you about the first vibrator from this like, The Kinky Kat, and announce who won it!
The Kinky Kat is a pink vibrator with a big, smiling cat face modeled after the Cheshire Cat. Like all vibrators in this line, The Kinky Kat is made from a buffed, phthalates-free, non-porous plastic/silicon mix. It’s marketed as waterproof, but I haven’t tested this out personally (I rarely use toys in the bath, since my bathroom connects to my roommate’s bedroom and it’s just a little too awkward for me!). It looks like it would do okay in the shower, but I would be nervous about submerging in the tub or a pool.
At 5.5 inches long (4ish inches insertable), this isn’t the biggest toy in town, but that’s okay. Bigger doesn’t always mean better! The Kinky Kat takes one AA battery and while this definitely isn’t the most powerful vibrator I’ve ever used, it definitely surprised me with the power it packed for just a single battery. There are ten vibrating settings, from low to high to pulsing in different patterns.
Like I said before, this won’t be the biggest or strongest toy you ever use, but it’s definitely adequate for getting the job done. To be honest, I know some people only like vibrations that are really strong, but I sometimes get overwhelmed with those. I used to be a bit of a vibration snob as well, and while I still like it hard and fast sometimes, most of the time, I prefer milder vibrations.
This vibrator will allow me to get rid of some of the other more generic vibrators I own. Unlike others, this one has a really unique shape, rather than the typical smooth, straight shape. The bumps and ridges feel great!
The packaging is extremely nice for the entire line of Wonderland toys. It’s like a little book. I usually throw the packaging away, but I’m keeping this one.

Although I’m not a vibration snob anymore, I am turning into a bit of a battery snob. This toy isn’t too bad – it only takes one battery – but I still prefer vibrators that are rechargeable.

Pros:
I absolutely love the design of this toy. The Cheshire Cat was always one of my favorite characters not just in Alice in Wonderland but in all of literature.Like I said before, this won’t be the biggest or strongest toy you ever use, but it’s definitely adequate for getting the job done. Cons:
You get what you pay for when it comes to vibrators. The Kinky Kat is only $34.99, so it’s not going to break the bank, but you also don’t get all the unique functions you get with some other vibrators. Definitely no ability to record your own patterns. It’s nothing special. That’s not to say it’s bad…it’s just not super innovative.Although I’m not a vibration snob anymore, I am turning into a bit of a battery snob. This toy isn’t too bad – it only takes one battery – but I still prefer vibrators that are rechargeable.
Conclusion:
If you love Alice in Wonderland or cats (or both), this is definitely a vibrator to check out. It’s a great first vibrator for those of you who are newbies to sex toys, but it’s also a fun albeit gimic-y toy for someone who has used toys before, or even for people with a trunk full of toys like me!
